Born in Melbourne Australia, music producer and emcee 'Dimes[man]' is influenced and inspired by the sampled based sounds of the underground New York hip-hop movement.

Attending SAE in 2008 for a Diploma of Music Industry (Audio Engineering and Production), Dimes[man] soon realised he felt most comfortable in a studio environment. Producing, beat making, recording and mixing became the main focus, with video production following soon after, recording for local and international artists, including Philadelphia artist Daz Jones. Recording and releasing their first collaboration together in early 2015, ‘Last Days’ which featured on Team Backpack’s “Live from the Underground”, led to the entirely produced by Dimes[man] album length release, titled ‘The Burn City Project’, which is out now.
